Pricing Transparency
In accordance with SRA Transparency Rules, we provide clear information about our pricing for specific services. We believe in avoiding hidden costs and ensuring you understand the financial commitment before we begin work.
Residential Conveyancing
Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the purchase or sale of your new home, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property is in Wales.

Probate (Uncontested)
We offer both a fixed fee for obtaining the Grant of Probate only, and an hourly rate service for full estate administration.
Grant Only Service
For estates where no inheritance tax is payable and existing valuations are provided.
Full Estate Administration
For full administration, we charge based on the hourly rates of our solicitors, plus a value element of 0.5% of the gross estate value (residence) and 1% of gross estate value (other assets). We anticipate this will take between 20 and 50 hours work at £250-£400 per hour. Total costs estimated at £3,000 - £15,000 (+VAT and disbursements).
